FourCore Shop The Look is a Shopify app operated by FourCore. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how merchants can contact us about privacy-related questions.

Information We Collect

We may collect store and account information provided by Shopify, including store domain, connected account details, account owner or staff name, email address, locale, and Shopify plan details.

We collect app content and configuration created inside the app, such as looks, lookbooks, selected products and variants, layout settings, translations, design settings, analytics settings, and other merchant-configured preferences.

We may collect operational and billing information such as subscription status, support access grants, add-to-cart analytics, and app usage data needed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate your store, operate the app, render shoppable looks and lookbooks, save your configurations, support storefront features, process billing, and provide merchant support.

We also use information to maintain service reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and improve the app's features and performance.

Shopify And Storefront Data

When the app is installed, we receive access to Shopify data that is necessary to power the features you enable. This can include product, variant, store, theme, translation, and app-session data permitted by the app's approved scopes.

Storefront-facing experiences created with the app may use your published look, layout, and product data to render widgets, popups, and analytics events on your storefront.

Analytics And Support

If analytics or tracking features are enabled, we may store interaction events such as look opens, add-to-cart actions, and related performance metrics associated with your shop.

If you contact support or if support tooling is enabled, we may use store identifiers, account contact details, and relevant configuration data to investigate and resolve your issue.

Sharing Of Information

We do not sell merchant personal information. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure vendors only as needed to host, secure, support, bill, and operate the app.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our rights, or to respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.

Retention And Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After app uninstall, some records may remain for backup, security, billing, or compliance purposes unless deletion is required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

Merchants may request access, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational requirements. Shopify merchants may also manage app permissions through their Shopify admin.
